"How do you deal with Uncat or Keeper fail? I put one of my clients on Uncat. It's been a few months and I think he used it just one time and didn't even get through everything on there. It was not too much but, at the same time, he has been bad about communicating with me so transactions did accumulate but I tried to not overwhelm him by putting only a few at a time in the account that feeds to Uncat. I believe, ideally, he would like for me to read his mind and use clairvoyance to see receipts so that his reports are magically done. I am at the point where I am about to cancel my subscription because it is a waste but wanted to see what your thoughts are. Have you had a similar fail experience? Is it just me? I had a feeling it might not work with him so I am not upset or surprised but you recommended using these tools that I figured I could at least try. "
