"How do you handle situations where you offer a client the monthly bookkeeping fee, they don’t accept but approach later for a clean up which comes at a lesser cost? Perhaps they genuinely couldn’t afford the fee at the time but I don’t want this to become a repeat situation. I’d love to hear your experience or thoughts on this?"
