Another Diagnostic Dilemma

My question is what do you do when a prospect comes to you with no system?
They have no QBO account for you to review.
They have been filing taxes based on spreadsheets or the summary info on the bank statements.
Obviously there is no file to review or mess to fix but how do you effectively give a good quote without being able to see what had been done previously in a QuickBooks file?"
